Community Health Outreach
Supporting initiatives that promote better health awareness within local communities.
A pharmaceutical company born from Nigeria's journey toward a safer and more structured drug distribution system.
In 2016, the Nigerian government—in partnership with the Pharmaceutical Council of Nigeria (PCN) and the National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control (NAFDAC)—announced a groundbreaking policy aimed at closing open drug markets nationwide.
Two of our founders, Sir Emeka Osuagwu and Corsica Emeka Okoro, were key representatives of the Aba drug market at the time and participated in the national discussions that contributed to this important change.
Alongside Pharmacist Chidi Dozie, they founded Eynimba Pharmaceutical and Allied Products Limited with a vision of supporting the development of a Coordinated Wholesale Centre in Aba.
The company was therefore created not simply as a pharmaceutical business, but as a solution-driven initiative supporting pharmaceutical market reform, improved regulation and public health protection.
Eynimba Pharmaceutical & Allied Products Ltd is shown on its Corporate Affairs Commission Certificate of Incorporation as a company limited by shares.
The certificate displayed here records incorporation in Alayi, Abia, on 13 March 2017 under RC 1397433.
Note: This corporate document is presented as evidence of incorporation and is separate from pharmaceutical regulatory approvals or licences.
Eynimba Pharmaceutical and Allied Products Limited is more than a pharmaceutical distributor. We represent a response to Nigeria's call for reform in drug safety and market regulation.
